A Separation Agreement is a document executed by the parties to a marriage, where that marriage has broken down and where the parties do not wish to have recourse to the courts for the purposes of agreeing the terms of the separation. - Arrangements in relation to custody and access to children.
- Occupation and ownership of the family home and any other property.
- Maintenance and any lump sum payments.
- Indemnity from the debts of the other spouse.
